Pomegranate Heaven

A generous family presented David (and me!!!) with some wonderful pomegranates yesterday...

 before they were deliciously devoured I thought I would capture them 'girls on film'

 ...and then I got carried away because my house is FULL of loverly Autumnal fruit!!!!!

 and why not......

 and just because.....

 and there you have it......................just because................ fun and frivolity on a Sunday afternoon x

SPECTACULAR SHKODER.....

We spent a night and two days in Shkoder over the weekend 

 Here are some shots of the 'city of the north' ....the city is so beautiful and it is changing rapidly...
these are the images that I want to capture before the change is complete and the beauty is somehow lost!!!!!

Chronicle of a Love Foretold ....The Wedding Chapter.......

 I am home now after attending the wedding of my youngest daughter.
She married the man of her dreams after a two year courtship....if you will indulge me a little - I would take you through my eyes - into a verdant valley of the build up to the Nuptials....:)

 My girl gave me permission to put up these pics of the preparations - so here I am half way through putting on her face pack - stopping to show the process of the beauty treatments ....

 Her decorative hair pins are so delicate and fragile - just as she is ....muah!

 Oliver gives his younger brother a pep talk on what to do when walking up the aisle!!!!!!
